Man so look I was tryin to look good but nah they messed me and not just me but my hb up and that's not gon happen to us again

I was shocked when I saw that my favorite hair place got 2 stars. So I had to take the time to give a proper 5 star review. Most people unfortunately only take the time to complain and never to compliment. I've been coming to this Westwood location for many years now and always have a great experience and get a great haircut. Jamie is my stylist of choice, but I've used others here and they all give great customer service. This store deserves 5 stars. Go see for yourself!

Hope they survive the pandemic. But they will return without me. I am NOT going to download an app and check in. Let them know in person I am there To see I have a 0 min wait and then reset to 15 min and then after sitting in my hot car for 25 min I leave No one ever attempted to let me know anything and I was parked in front of the door. I was at the till and corner location but the sport clips "experience" carries over to their website. They owe me some stars.
